In a house where we often spent the night, one room in particular felt spooky, like there was an eerie presence there. The owner who stayed in there passed away in the house so was that a ghostly presence?

Familiar Spirits
Before he died, he claimed to have been visited by the ghosts of dead family members in separate incidents. These were familiar spirits, as is the "ghost" impersonating him.
