Superman's Transformation

Superman II starring Christopher Reeve had a scene when he lost his powers and was beaten up by a bully in a bar. The scene where he faced the bully after getting back his strength, and gave the bully a taste of his own medicine was downright satisfying.

Then there were the before and after pics of Christopher Reeve where he built his body to play Superman, and more recently the latest Superman actor, David Corenswet's transformation to play the titular role was beyond impressive.
